1. A current resume.

3. Legible copies of transcripts, which indicate coursework, and date(s) of degree(s) earned. Official transcripts may be required at time of hire.
4. For teachers who have graduated within three years of applying for employment, please arrange to have your college credential packet sent.

6. One letter of pastoral recommendation. Click here to download.
7. A copy of your Illinois or out-of-state teaching certificate for Lower School or your early childhood certification for Preschool.  Apply for an Illinois teaching certificate
