Payment Options
Families will have an option of paying annually, semi-annually or monthly over 10, 11, or 12 months.
Monthly Payment Option
All families who select to pay monthly are required to enroll online with the FACTS payment plan for the school year 2010-2011. For those paying monthly, the methods of tuition payment are:
- Automatic Bank Payments (ACH) -- through FACTS, you will authorize automatic bank withdrawals directly from your bank account (checking or savings account); or
- Automatic Credit Card Payments—through FACTS, you will authorize automatic, monthly payments to your credit card (MasterCard, AMEX or Discover).
Annual and Semi-Annual Payment Options
Annual and semi-annual payment options are available and are to be submitted to the school office. These options do not require FACTS enrollment.
Due Dates
The payment due date is the fifth or 20th of each billing month. The billing cycle runs from August to May, June or July. The first withdrawal/charge will be on 8/5/10 or 8/20/10 and all payments will be withdrawn on the fifth or 20th of each month.
How to Enroll Online
Enrollment is only required for new participants. To ensure monthly payments are properly paid on time through FACTS, enroll online.
If you have previously enrolled in FACTS, there is no need to complete a new registration. Re-enrollment information will be available in May.
Enrollment Deadline
The online FACTS enrollment must be completed by July 1, 2010, for the 2010-2011 school year. If you have any questions while enrolling online, click on the help button at the top of the screen or feel free to call FACTS Technical Department at 1-800-624-7092.
Current Users
If you are already a FACTS user, you may view your account information by logging on at www.factstuition.com. The 2009-2010 school year will not be available to view until July 2010.

The following fees apply to the FACTS program per student. Each individual student will have a separate agreement contract, and a separate annual fee.

* Credit Card payers are also responsible for a Convenience Fee which is in addition to the annual fee. The Convenience Fee is based on the total tuition amount for the year and is disclosed to the payer prior to the completion of their agreement. The fee is approximately 2.5% of the tuition amount to be handled through FACTS. To enroll in FACTS using the credit card option, families will need to call FACTS at 1-800-233-1096.
** In order to receive the multiple child discount on the annual fee, the bank account used for payment must be exactly the same for ACH users, and the credit card number used must be the same for Credit Card users.
The above enrollment fees will be automatically withdrawn from your account within 14 days of the completion of the FACTS enrollment process.
Access to Information
Please be assured that neither FACTS nor the school will have direct access to or any knowledge about the status of your bank account or credit card information. It is simply a pre-authorized bank-to-bank transfer of funds. FACTS Management Company also offers optional Peace of Mind coverage for the person paying tuition and his/her legal spouse.
Upon enrolling for FACTS, you will be able to view your personal account online anytime during the course of the year through your MY FACTS account which will be made available from HCA’s website. Working with FACTS will allow us to better manage our financial matters by controlling our costs, forecasting our budget needs in coming years, and ultimately keep tuition as affordable as possible.
