HCA is led by a team of people who are designated as our Advisory Council. This group meets every month and works together to tackle projects and to fulfill four major responsibilities. The primary functions of our Advisory Council are as follows:
- Create policies and procedures for parents and students
- Exercise spiritual leadership
- Monitor fiscal responsibility
- Conduct annual evaluations of key administrators
- Approve curriculum selections
- Submit to Elder Board leadership
The responsibilities are rotated through the Advisory Council members in order to continue to advocate our Christ-centered, world-class education. Currently, these responsibilities are carried out by this steadfast team:
