To substitue at HCA you must submit copies of the following documents:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Illinois Substitute Certification
• Transcript or ACSI Teaching Certificate

Please download, print and complete the substitute teacher application as well as a pastoral recommendation and  professional recommendation. Mail completed application, recommendations, and the above documents to:
